The location of this hotel was absolutely mind-blowing! Right around the corner from the Christmas Markets, in the heart of the old town. The staff were super friendly and helpful, even carrying our bags upstairs. The room was spotlessly clean and had a warm and powerful shower. The character-filled triple room with painted furniture was jaw-dropping, and the bed was incredibly comfy. The staff provided great suggestions and the hotel was very accommodating. The free parking behind the hotel was a pleasant surprise. The check-in and check-out process was quick and easy. this hotel had everything we needed for a fantastic stay, including excellent Wi-Fi and a cozy outdoor dining area.

The decoration of the hotel had a charming and traditional feel, with beautifully painted furniture throughout. The general areas of the hotel were cozy and comfortable, perfect for a senior woman like myself. The hotel's location within the old city made it easily accessible for us to explore and enjoy all the sights and activities.

It would have been nice to have more staff available to assist us during our stay. Sometimes, it felt like the young ones working there were overwhelmed and unable to provide the attention and care that senior guests may require.

During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the location of the hotel. It was right in the heart of the city, just a short walk from the main attractions, restaurants, and shops. The convenience of being centrally located made exploring the city so much easier.

I did have some difficulty finding a parking place initially. It would have been helpful to have more information or guidance on where exactly to park beforehand.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, being right in the center of the old town. It made it very convenient for exploring all the major attractions on foot. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. The room was spacious enough for both of us and had a charming and romantic atmosphere.

There were a few things that could have been improved. The cleanliness of the room could have been better, as there was some litter that was missed by the cleaner.

The hallways were wide enough for me to maneuver my walker comfortably, and there were handrails in the stairs to assist with my balance. It was truly a hotel that catered to the needs of senior guests.

The only thing I would have wished for a better vacation for senior people is a bit more assistance from the children working there. It would have been helpful to have someone available to answer questions or provide assistance with any needs that may arise during our stay.
